What you don’t want to do.
Do not leave a policy change or request over the message recorder. You are welcome to leave a message for a return call, but your policy will not be changed if you leave a message. Again, if it is an emergency and you cannot wait to speak to your agent, then call the company directly.
Do not leave a check or payment or any other document outside the insurance agent’s office. If it is after hours or the office is closed, you will have to wait until the office opens. We are not responsible for mail, payments or material left outside our door.
