What is Uninsured Collision on my Car Policy
Filed in Auto Insurance, California Insurance on Nov.16, 2009
Suppose your insured car is not covered for collision, and you are hit by an uninsured driver. If you have uninsured collision coverage, your insurance company will pay for the damage to your car or its actual cash value, (whichever is less), up to $3,500.
This coverage applies only if you have selected it and the other party is at fault and not insured.
If you have any questions, contact your insurance agent.
